Friday Night's Rocket City Showcase I and Saturday Night's Rocket City Showcase II will be from 9 pm - midnight. The doors will open at 8 pm. Tickets are onsale now online at www.alabamaburlesque.eventbrite.com. There are some VIP front-row seats still available for the showcases--be right up front, seated next to the stars of the show and with an unobstructed view of all the action. We also have a limited number of reserved VIP seats (seating will be based on the number of tickets sold per transaction), and general admission tickets. Standing room only tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the door for $20 once all other tickets are sold out. We also honor our veterans and military by providing a military discount to ALL veterans and service members and their family with either a military ID (not a Civilian CAC card) or a DD 214 (limit two tickets per ID or DD 214). If you are a DOD Civilian who has deployed in support of contingency operations and bring in proof of this deployment, we will honor the military discount (limit one ticket each). We honor ALL who serve! The military discount is $15 instead of $20 for either General Admission or Standing Room Only tickets.

The weekend will host more than 85 local and national artists, all at the historic Ritz Theater in Minneapolis. The 2012 Best of Midwest Burlesk Festival is generously supported by presenting sponsors Vita.mn,

The Best of Midwest Burlesk Festival (BOMB!) features the talents of some of the most well-known burlesque performers in the world. Headlining this year’s festival is the feminine phenomenon PERLE NOIRE, 2009 New Orleans Queen of Burlesque, and featuring 2011 Burlesque Hall of Fame “Best Troupe” the Stage Door Johnnies (Chicago) and burlesque’s sensational sweethearts Lola Van Ella & Sammich the Tramp (St. Louis). Be prepared for the naughty professor to guide you through fantasy, temptation and glamor. Absinthe Menagerie incorporates audience participation, games with rewards and prizes, as well as variety acts, such as Poi dancers, comedians, jugglers, singers and more for a true vaudeville experience in the 21st century -- a traveling carnival catering exclusively to the Northern Colorado crowd.
The Northern Colorado area has never seen anything like this troupe; it's stimulating, tasteful entertainment for a discerning audience. Shows are exclusively for the 21-and-older crowd, as the confident and beautiful women of all shapes and sizes put the "tease" into striptease.
